Experienced in any constructiuon activities such as housing construction, infrastructure construction, utility construction, etc
Responsible in any site activities including (Land surveying, Earthworks construction, Insfrastructure construction, Housing construction, Utilities construction, Landscape construction, Handover process to Estate management/Customer)
Controlling and monitoring any site activities
Responsible to control and monitor progress of the project relate to the timeline project
Responsible in quality control of the project
Responsible with HSSE implementation on site & HSSE Report
Coordinating all contractors who is in charge on the site project
Coordinating all department who is in charge on the site project
Coordinating all site environment with local people
Responsible for making daily report to Site Manager
Responsible for identify, review, and making solution or suggestion to technical issue that may occur in project site
Willing to travel or reside outside Jakarta
Qualifications:
Age Group: 23 -35 years old.
Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, Autocad
Experience: At least 3 years in similiar position
Professional Background: Experience working in Property Developer, Project Management, or Contractor
Personality Traits: Integrity & Responsibility
