JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor all leasing department activities including unlimited leasing of new units, termination of leases from various aspects, lease transfers
- Propose a good strategy in structuring the leasing area (tenancy mix, brand, etc.) up to the unit price for the unit to be approved by management
- Expanding the tenant database, updating retail development, maintaining relationships with tenants
- etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age Group: 30 - 45 years old
- Education: Min. Bachelor Degree
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office & Adobe
- Experience: At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Professional Background: Experience in Retail / Mall as Leasing
- Certification: -
- Personality Traits: Strong leadership and managerial skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, persuasive, persistent, creative & target oriented. Able to work independently, target / goals orientation.
