JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer service oriented
  • Able to manage complaints & close coordination with Operational Team
  • Get new members with attractive programs & targeted transactions
  • Daily monitoring of customers & shopping program activities
  • Daily monitoring of some facilities (baby strollers, wheel chairs)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Age Group: 21 - 28 years old
  • Education: Min. SMA / SMK
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office
  • Experience: Min.  1 - 2 years in similiar position
  • Professional Background: Experienced Mall Retail / Hospitality
  • Certification: Public Relation / Communication / Marketing (plus)
  • Personality Traits: People Skill, can work individual and team
