JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer service oriented
- Able to manage complaints & close coordination with Operational Team
- Get new members with attractive programs & targeted transactions
- Daily monitoring of customers & shopping program activities
- Daily monitoring of some facilities (baby strollers, wheel chairs)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age Group: 21 - 28 years old
- Education: Min. SMA / SMK
- Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office
- Experience: Min. 1 - 2 years in similiar position
- Professional Background: Experienced Mall Retail / Hospitality
- Certification: Public Relation / Communication / Marketing (plus)
- Personality Traits: People Skill, can work individual and team
