JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing All Projects in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Electronics related from concept design stage to construction supervision, commissioning and hand over to Operation Team
- Review on MEP system project
- Manage MEP construction cost
- Coordinate with various trades
- Value engineering and optimization of works
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their operation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Age Group: Max. 47 years old
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: AutoCAD
- Experience: Min. 10 years of experience in MEP consultant / Property Developer
- Professional Background: Experiences in planning and design MEP of luxury high rise residential, hotel, office and retail building projects
- Certification: -
- Personality Traits: Understand overall project management process of construction building. Able to conduct consultants and contractors for MEP fields. Good Knowlegde of MEP materials, suppliers and construction cost.
