Marking another significant milestone for a premium development by FARPOINT, Sequis Tower’s topping off was celebrated at Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD) Jakarta (8/5).

The event was attended by more than 150 guests, inlcluding the Board of Chairman and Directors of Gunung Sewu, FARPOINT management, employees, workers and business partners.

This 210-meters tall premium skyscraper represents the next generation of International Grade A office building aiming to achieve the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum rating as part of our commitment towards the environment that is reflected by its concept and design.

The meticulous development is a result of world-class collaboration, to a name a few such as Turner International, Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), Thornton Tomasetti, Beca Engineering, Paul Adams, SWA Group, Arcadis, Kroll Security Group, and TOTAL Bangun Persada, receiving numerous international recognition, including being the first project in Indonesia to achieve the MIPIM Asia Awards.

Sequis Tower operational will start from July 2018. Bringing a unique and distinctive landmark for Jakarta’s skyline with premium facilities and interconnectivity to public transport and its surrounding buildings.
