FARPOINT, an Indonesian real estate developer, wholly owned by the Gunung Sewu Group, has achieved the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark Survey’s (GRESB) Green Star rating for the second year in a row. The Green Star signifies strong performance in sustainability management, policy, implementation and measurement. As stated in the GRESB website, a record of 759 real estate companies and funds participated in this year’s assessment, representing more than 66,000 assets across 63 countries, with a value of $2.8 trillion.
