Farpoint, an Indonesian real estate developer, is the first Indonesian real-estate company to participate in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) Survey. GRESB is an industry-driven organization committed to assessing the sustainability performance of real estate portfolios around the globe, reviewing various aspects of sustainability such as Building Certification and Environmental
Management Systems among other things. The result of the survey has been compiled into
an annual sustainablity report, in which the 2014 edition has been published on Thursday
